Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and syok99 ("Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit or using any service provided by syok99, you expressly and irrevocably agree to be bound by all provisions in this document.

• Members must keep their personal information up to date, such as mobile number and email address.
• Email verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to review or closure in accordance with syok99's internal policies.

Deposits and Withdrawals

syok99 supports a range of payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except for cryptocurrency payments.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly to cash.
• syok99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there are signs of abuse or fraud.
• Different promotions may have different wagering requirements or validity periods.
• VIP members at the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum levels are eligible to receive weekly cashback according to their respective entitlements.

• Threats, harassment or bullying behaviour directed at syok99 support staff.
• Any action intended to damage the reputation or operations of syok99.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where necessary.

Liability Limit

syok99 is not responsible for any indirect losses, accidents, or loss of profits arising from the use of this platform, including service disruptions, technical failures, or actions by third parties.

The platform is provided "as is" and syok99 works to ensure continuous availability, but does not guarantee that the service will always be free from errors or disruptions. Any losses arising from the use of inaccurate information provided by a member are solely the member's responsibility.

Account Closure and Suspension

Members may close their own account at any time by contacting the syok99 support team. Before closure, all wagering requirements linked to bonuses must be fulfilled, or the relevant bonuses will be forfeited.

syok99 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Inaccurate or false registration information.
• A request from the relevant authorities.
• Suspicious activity or activity that potentially violates the law.
• An inactive account balance after a set period with no transactions.

Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law
